We make our own flatbreads using stoneground 100% Wildfarmed flour from wheat grown in healthy, biodiverse soil.

Much of the lamb we use is from our own farm, just 2 miles away.

The pulled lamb in our flatbread recipe comes from the shoulder joint, prepared by our skilled team of butchers at Tebay and finished on the grill.

Salad leaves from Growing Well

Our salad leaves are sourced seasonally, when supply allows, from Growing Well, a mental health charity and horticulture enterprise located just 13 miles away from us, near Kendal. Growing Well work with adults who are experiencing mental ill-health and offer horticulture as a powerful alternative to talking therapy.
